Scheduled to open in 2021, Plaza Shopping Maricá will have 100 stores in a wide variety of segments, besides services, movie theaters and entertainment activities. Their anchor stores will be Renner, Riachuelo, Lojas Americanas, and a large supermarket.
The architectural design was developed by AFA (André Sá and Francisco Mota Architects), one of the most experienced and important architecture offices of malls in the country. The project will make Plaza Maricá a complete shopping center, aligning comfort, security and efficiency.
This mall is being built at Amaral Peixoto Avenue (RJ-106), in Maricá, in the state of Rio de Janeiro. It has a strategic location that will allow it to have an wide area of influence. It will impact around 200 thousand people, including the city's residents and municipalities from others cities.
